Responsibilities:

- Create technical training calendar and curriculum

- Create content for technical training programs

- Create assessments and practice exercises for technical training programs

- Schedule and program manage technical training programs

- Collaborate with various tech leader and managers to identify training gaps

- Collaborate with the L&D manager to create and execute technical training programs

- Conduct technical competency mapping exercises across the organization to create a benchmark for training, hiring, etc.

- Facilitate classroom/zoom training sessions (theoretical and practical) and be comfortable speaking to crowds

- Create and run feedback surveys

- Keep track of attendance and provide regular updates of the program, content and progress

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs by measuring appropriate performance metrics

- Be able to engage the audience and elicit responses in classroom/zoom training sessions

- Be able to break down complex concepts into simple easy to understand and retain formats

- Be able to handhold or tutor individuals needing special guidance in technical roles
