Looking for Technical Specialists / Senior Technical Specialists for our client who is into IP Asset Management.  Technical Specialist(s) are core expert members of the team. This role plays an active role in analyzing patents and performing market research in support of various patent monetization programs.  The Technical Specialist will :  Consult with top litigators and experts on technology litigations to help build and support the IP strategies for patent monetization programs involving licensing and litigation.   - Gather and analyze technical literature  - Perform market research  - Perform preliminary infringement analyses  - Analyze patent file histories  - Identify potential licensees  - Prepare claim charts and presentations  - Search for prior art  - Direct reverse-engineering efforts  - Leading project objectives, timeline/milestones, and resource requirements  - Generate highest quality work product through delivery excellence and ensure client satisfaction.  - Build a high-quality team of experts in a friendly working environment by coaching, mentoring and identifying development needs for team members.   - Monitor and enhance the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in IPM operations to meet individual & team objectives.  QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER SKILLS :   - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Phd or Masters preferred)  - Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a researcher or technology architect  - Deep research & development experience in Hi-Tech domain (Enterprise Software, Mobility, Semi-Conductor, Electronics, etc.,)  - Experience, knowledge and understanding of working with the legal team for filing patents (US/EU) will be preferred.  - Relentless prioritization and alignment with business and customers to ensure highest value capture   - Enjoys and gets energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions   - Ability to work under pressure, manage stakeholder expectations effectively and not get overwhelmed by pressures on team   - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client business and global executives   - Excellent leadership skills and enjoys coaching / mentoring others  - Ability to move between strategic discussions with senior leaders to tackle on the ground coaching with teams   - Preferred, at least 4-6 Patent analysis experience  - Preferred, candidates who have patents to their name in Hi-tech domain (approved and or filed)   - Extensive experience working in a matrixed and global corporation(s)
