Technical Solutions Architect - Data Engineering Vertical

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in:

- AWS Architecture and Services

- AWS Athena, Lambda,

- Python, Docker, Web Crawling, APIs, GraphQL

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading a team to build, launch and scale a product. The role is an ideal match for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years overall working in Data Engineering in Data Analytics firms with 5+ years of experience in overseeing/managing a team.

- Experience in dealing with Large Data Sets with deep expertise in managing databases, infrastructure on AWS / Cloud

- Significant experience in creating scalable data lakes and data engineering

- Should have built a front-end analytics application ground up and scale

- Experience in creating Analytics based solutions

- Experience working in product company specializing in Retail / Supply Chain / Marketing (highly preferred)

- A change architect, adept at dealing with ambiguity, working at pace and prioritizing changing requirements

- Significant technical experience and expertise to be able to engage and guide the engineering organization

- Demonstrated understanding of product software development and operational excellence

- Have experience working directly with business teams and stakeholders in problem discovery and solutioning

- Adept at working cross-functionally with technology and product teams to create, implement and evolve our reporting solutions offering tangible, measurable client results.

Responsibilities:

- Make technology solutioning decisions on behalf of the company

- Manage the technology budget and investments in processes, tech and people aligned with the company's vision

- Deliver results in time to achieve market leadership in the space that the product operates

- Hire and mentor team members to align with the product growth vision
