- Technical Service Manager (Food ingredients): The incumbent will be responsible for product management/ application management/R&D.

- The ideal candidate profile is Food Technologists/Dairy Technologists with 8-12 years solid experience in product management, application management, R & D from bakery, food & confectionery ingredients Industry.

Job Profile:

- Acquire product knowledge and advise the customers wherever necessary. Support the team with technical inputs and revert to the customers on technical queries by conducting lab/industrial trials with the customer.

- Plan regular customer visits to keep in touch with them and introduce new product lines.

- Liaise with the principals for negotiating better product prices, deals, discounts, service etc.

- Provide inputs for finalizing the sales targets and budgets and plan activities to achieve the set objectives.

- Convert potential enquiries to successful orders and ensure the whole order processing cycle is completed.

- Take proactive initiatives to satisfy customer needs.

- Increase market penetration and coverage by targeting small and medium food companies in the assigned territory.

- Efficiently handle customer complaints and escalate sensitive issues to the senior management.

- Follow-up on out standings / payments with the customers.

- Generate sales reports and other relevant reports for further actions and future reference. Effectively use CRM system.

- Ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives.

Sales/Business Development Manager (Plant & Machinery for food manufacturing/food processing industries) : The incumbent will be responsible for Sales/Business Development. The ideal candidate profile is a Mechanical engineers/diploma in mechanical engineering with 8-12 years solid selling exp.packaging machinery/filling machinery/ wrapping/sealing/ labeling machines or any other machinery used in food manufacture/processing plants.
