Technical Service Manager - PVC (10-25 yrs)
- Develop growth strategy in designated products focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance existing customer business by providing insights into customer's business requirements and their future strategy to Sales Team
- Conduct research to identify requirements of existing and new customers
- Promote the company's products addressing or predicting client's objectives.
- Provide technical support and customer needs related reports and feedbacks timely as per company's requirements.
- Provide market and customer feedbacks and after-service support
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Develop entry level technical and sales staff into valuable sales and technical personnel
- Keep abreast with the market trends generally and PVC industry in particular with regards to developments, technology, regulations in the designated geography.
- Proven relevant working experience of 8 to 10 years in customer support who manufactures PVC Pipes, PVC flexible cables, foam boards, Window profiles.
- Good understanding of PVC Market, PVC products, Chemistry of polymer.
