Here is what we need - folks who have implemented End to End big data analytics projects. Having an infrastructure exposure like data center is a plus.

Job Description

- The TPM's will lead cross functional teams to drive the development, implementation and deployment of the completed Data Management project schedules.

- The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbal, and possess 5 to 10 years of experience (TPM and Sr TPM respectively) in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management. Experience in managing the data infrastructure is a major plus.

- Candidates possessing a background in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/hardware engineering, data center infrastructure/operations, and/or construction, who have transitioned to a technical program management discipline will have a distinct advantage for the Sr TPM role. Similarly, prior experience in managing digital technology led projects for Supply Chain in large manufacturing set ups will also be an added plus.

- Candidate must be comfortable managing conceptual development efforts, remote project delivery teams, and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues, and remove barriers to project success. Being able to evaluate project feasibility, create cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery is a must.

- The TPM will be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.

- Other requirements include proficiency with MS Office, SAP ERP systems, JDE ERP systems, agile methodology. Familiarity with Azure Data Stack and Data Management concepts is essential.

Job Requirement

- 5-10+ years of project management experience

- Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.

- Proven ability to effectively manage project budgets is essential

- Proficiency with Jira, MS Office, and MS Sharepoint

- Solid analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills

- MBA from Tier I/ II Colleges
