Technical Sales Role - Steel Sector - Flat Rolling Mills

Note: Candidates must have Technical Sales experience for Flat Rolling Mills for Steel Sector

Scope & Function

- Research and update customer database through various sources (consultants, websites and events); Present technical papers at marketing events to generate awareness; Quality business opportunities based on feasibility and co-ordination

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engg/ EA/QA/Purchase) to finalize scope including Indian portion. Participate in scope clarification customer meetings along with German counterparts; Feedback (Internal) the meeting outcomes and incorporate updates in the technical offer.

- Develop draft pricing with sourcing strategy along with estimation based on technical scopr, equipment cost, commercial terms; Recommend target prices internally based on customer's budget and competitors- pricing information.

- Prepare contract - Handing-over-note- in coordination with Commercial Sales team; Handover signed contract to TPM.

Competencies required

- Preferably from Flat (Hot/ Cold) Rolling Mill - Sales. Should have idea of project execution with O & M backdrop.
