Technical Research Analyst - Currencies

JD :

- Tracking of movement in currencies; includes Rupees, majors and emerging market currencies

- Generating trades on the basis of charts and patterns

- Writing reports to update view on technical setup and expectations on Currencies

- Form periodic views on G10 Currencies & interest rate cycles globally

Role-specific / Technical Competencies

- Sound understanding of global economic & political drivers

- Strong Analytics & report writing skills

- Understanding of Key Economic variables

Educational Qualifications :

- Masters in Finance or Economics honors (preferable)

- CFA (preferable)

- CMT would be an added advantage

Relevant Experience :

- 2 to 3 years of experience in tracking currency technical or trading

- Client servicing experience would be desirable

Necessary : Worked with Research Function of other Broking houses/ Banks/ AIFs etc on Forex or Commodities or fixed income

Desirable : From Research Teams of Banks / Broking houses
