Job Summary : The Recruitment Executive will be a member of the Talent Acquisition & Staffing within the Geeksoft Consulting. The role is to provide staffing solutions to the business to support the hiring process for designated markets. Key Responsibilities : - EU hiring experience is desirable. - To support hiring managers in terms of identifying appropriate candidates for open vacancies. - You will actively identify, engage, qualify and develop candidates to ensure the right talent is hired into the right role. - Manage communications with seniors and hiring managers within Geeksoft as well as with senior level candidates . - Experience of end-to-end recruitment process from profile sourcing to offer generation. - European recruitment experience is desirable if not mandate - Proficient in using LinkedIn and Naukri for sourcing profiles. Requirements : - University degree / Graduate degree - Fluent in English - 1-4 Years of experience in Recruitment
