Job Role:

- Leading talent acquisition function for technology - both digital & telecom

- Enabling the new-age digital products by providing them potential talent in the field of technology, mobile apps, product and design

- Ensuring a healthy source mix through various channels such as - social media, referrals, job boards and campus recruitment etc

- Also, reducing the dependency on vendors

- Strategically aligning with business leaders to understand business needs in order to forecast future hiring requirements

- Building new TA frameworks to enhance efficiency in the entire TA structure and reducing TAT for closing positions

- Responsible for reducing cost per hire in assigned functions

- Handling the team of 5 recruiters & sourcers

- Led the campus recruitment programs at various premiere engineering institutes
