Key Responsibilities
- Leading external & internal fulfilment goals
- Validate and qualify the hiring demand with hiring managers
- Program manage (within SLA) demand to fulfilment (allocation) across all available channels
- Resolve deadlocks (Demand & Supply) by working out alternative options, risk mitigation and appropriate escalations
- Provide on-going status updates as per assigned governance protocols
- Support forecasting and supply planning based on account / geo specific insights
- Drive continuous improvement in fulfilment TAT and cost
- Key Stakeholder and Client engagement
- Leading Sourcing activities
- People management, retention, welfare, competency building
- Advise Sales/Pre Sales/Solutions team on market intelligence on talent - experience skills, designation & compensation
- Supporting HR in retention and redeployment

- Fulfilment as per SLA
- Requisition to onboarding TAT
- Supply visibility to Demand
- Forecast optimization (fine tune Accuracy)
- Escalation management and resolution
- Tracking - Ageing, Pipeline, Staging, System updates
- Right cost resourcing - both internally and externally
- Timely and Right Cost Sourcing Coverage
- Optimum sourcing mix for recruitment cost control
- Adherence to planned compensation grid
- Results with process audit findings
Pre Requisites
A graduate with extensive and hands on experience in managing large volume recruitment
- Experience to IT infrastructure recruitment is key
- Proven track record of leading successful team
