Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for Recruiters/ Sr. Recruiter who have end to end recruitment experience in a recruitment firm.

WHAT YOU Do:

- You'll be a part of the Talent acquisition team and working with hiring managers to determine client staffing needs.

- You provide end-to-end recruitment services to the candidates and clients.

- Responsible for identifying talent that meets specific client requirements.

- Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on specifications

- Involved in technical/Non-Technical sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases and professional networking sites.

- Match the skill sets of the candidates as per the job description and schedule Interview

- Jobs Posting on the portals to increase the pool of candidates

- You use standard Job Portals to source potential candidates and proactively search and shortlist candidates from LinkedIn and other social networking sites.

- Manage creative ways to attract the right people for the available opportunities.

- You communicate with high-end clients within start-up industry and emerging companies, research and identify their needs and cater to them efficiently and ensure successful recruitment campaigns and re-run of the same against predetermined instructions.

- You are effective in data management and provide inputs of all candidate CV and records/sheets so that one can effectively pick up the next stage of the process.

- You supplement successful closure for the client and meet your monthly delivery targets.

- You build new relationships by effectively communicating, selling and negotiating on multiple levels with clients and candidates.

- You develop a strong network and rapport with the prospective candidates.

- You keep yourself updated and have understanding about the start-up industry and the emerging companies.

WHAT YOU ARE:

- Preference to Graduate/Post graduate and Exp. between 1 months to 4 years in Recruitment.

- You will be a natural and confident communicator, with the ability to build rapport and relationships easily.

- Experience in Team handling/Client handling

- You are comfortable to achieve the set targets.

- You have the ability to take initiatives.

- You are ambitious, competitive, driven and motivated.

- You are able to prioritise and manage time effectively.

- You have a great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth.

- You're a strong team player, with a positive and committed work ethic.

- You have the desire to continuously learn and develop your existing skill set.

- You have strong organisation skills and ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment managing multiple coordination, interaction and delivery within tight time frames.

- You are a sociable person who builds relationships easily and wants to be part of a team.
