Role & Responsibilities:
- Would be responsible for managing the technical hiring.
- Would be responsible for leading all sourcing strategies.
- Would be responsible for monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring and identifying high-potential candidates.
- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Lead all sourcing strategies.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Develop a network of potential future hires.
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
Qualifications:-
- Any Graduate/PG
- Should have strong experience in Technology Product hiring
