Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be well versed with various job boards like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment processes from end to end, including scheduling and other administrative duties.
- Partner with hiring managers and Senior Talent Partner in India to support recruitment needs
- Understand the open positions and candidate requirements to meet recruitment needs.
- Utilize our ATS and follow established processes to accurately track candidates.
- Assist the hiring team in screening candidate applications and resumes.
- Conducting initial phone screenings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 yrs of experience working as a technical recruiter.
