TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Minuteman Group has an immediate need for an experienced Technical Recruiter. The candidate should have a proven track record sourcing, recruiting, and placing Engineering and IT candidates in both contract and permanent positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Thoroughly understand the requirements and skills required of the open jobs.

- Utilize various sources to find qualified active and passive candidates.

- Effectively communicate and pre-screen candidates.

- Negotiate rates and communicate benefits

- Submit resumes of qualified candidates to client and setup interviews

- Use ATS tools to track candidate pipelines

- Maintain accurate reporting

- Grow network of qualified candidates

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with jobs boards, ATS, Microsoft Office
