Hiring Software Professionals for a Reputed/MNC company located at Gurgaon.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and complete follow up until candidate joins.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for recruitment activities, Managing entire recruitment life cycle.
- Onboarding & Training Process, Joining Formalities and Documentation of New Hires ,Implement effective onboarding plans.
- Coordination for training and development programs.
- Employee Engagement, Discussing, implementing and organising various events in organisation.
- Provide administrative support to Head & Manager HR
- Coordination with external vendors - Organize, compile & update company documentation
- Manage and update HR databases - Leave and Attendance Management
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent organization, writing, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy
- Proficiency MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and online recruiting technology tools.
