Technical Recruiter - IT (1-6 yrs)
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.; searching internal database, networking, cold calling, conducting phone screens, face-to-face interviews.
- Working closely with the Leadership team and other hiring managers to establish comprehensive sourcing strategies and meet the hiring needs by building pipeline for the projected requirements.
- Handling strategic & niche hiring. Handling diverse and complex hiring requirements with different skills sets across businesses. ensuring that high quality hiring is done within cost per hire and time to hire targets.
- Regularly updating the Leadership team and Business unit heads for Management reporting and discussing the recruitment forecasts and recruitment status.
- Managing mass recruitment drives and mega walk ins in Delhi NCR and outstations.
- Preparing MIS reports of processed candidate.
- Maintenance of database and reports.
