Job Role - Technical recruiter / HR operations

Location - Chennai

Experience - 1 to 4 years

Salary - Negotiable

Role and Responsibilities:

- Need to handle end to end Technical Hiring - sourcing active as well as passive candidates from naukri, monster, linked in, hirist, iimjobs etc.

- Handle all types of positions starting from junior, mid-level and senior-level candidates for Tech team.

- Need to Schedule interviews, coordinating with the tech team, hiring managers, following up with the candidates till joining.

- Design various recruitment strategies for all candidates.

- Manage all communication with candidates and schedule all interviews and make required travel arrangements and participate in screening process and review all candidate qualifications.

- Vendor Management.

- Able to handle multiple assignments under pressure .

- Need to handle hr operations like documentation,releasing offer letters,performance appraisal,employee Engagement activities as well.

Shift timing - 9:30 Am to 7 PM ( Flexible)
