We are looking for aggressive and sharp recruiter/talent acquisition expert who has knack to pick A grade talent and collaborates with hiring Managers to provide quick solutions in nick of the time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

2. Review job applications to match applicants with job requirements

3. Playing a crucial role in building and supporting the team within the vertical and organization.

4. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.

5. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience of handling Pan India requirements in IT/Technology Recruitment

2. Strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing

3. Ability to work under pressure and understanding of evaluating urgent profiles

4. Excellent negotiation skills

5. Excellent with technology and CRM

6. Experience with Recruitment Firm is must
