Technical Recruiter - Education

Pesto Mission:

Our mission is to change the lives of 5.2 million Indian software engineers. Creating access for them to great career opportunities using remote work.

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who has a minimum of 3 years of work experience and who's passionate about recruiting.

Role:

- Go through applications and sort out relevant candidates.

- Evaluate the Soft Skills test of candidates and score their profiles to line up interviews.

- Take interviews to understand their story and technical knowledge.

- Consider technical skills and cultural fitment to decide the way forward.
