We have an urgent requirement with one of the well known Indian multinational motorcycle manufacturer. The company is the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world. Position : Technical Project Manager Roles And Responsibilities : - Own and manage projects and programs end-to-end. Responsible for meeting deliverables using sound product knowledge, technology depth and strong project management skills - Manage project lifecycle for multiple projects across the organization to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders : R&D, Engineering, Vendor Development, quality, sales and service teams. External stakeholders : Suppliers, certification agencies & test labs - Initiate, coordinate and communicate across groups (technical, non-technical and Senior leadership team) effectively to provide on-time, within budget, high quality deliverables that meet customer/business expectations - Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery. - Define metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and drive adoption across organization. - Act as catalyst for efficient project execution by streamlining and simplifying processes, monitoring productivity and ensuring that best practices are followed. Qualifications : Mandatory educational qualifications : - PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical). - Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage. (Preferred) Experience : - 5+ years of experience in leading System engineering projects for complex product development. Preferred : Atleast one complete project lifecycle leading 2 wheeler electronics product development - ECU- s, Electric drivetrains, batteries etc. - Experience in managing embedded systems development. - Experience in managing technical deliverables from multiple vendors - Demonstrated capability of understanding the technical aspects of projects and programs he/she is managing. - Shows deep understanding of specific sub-systems and possess ability to drive technical discussions. - Experienced in managing projects with different methodologies like System Engineering V-Model, Agile etc. Has ability to think strategically and execute methodically
