Job Level : Asst. Manager

Location : Airtel Center, Gurgaon

Reporting to : DGM - Postpaid

Purpose of the Job :

- Manage projects related to Postpaid Systems

- Project reporting

- Integration of Postpaid system with other BSS and OSS systems

Deliverable :

- Agreeing project objectives

- Vendor management

- Representing the project interest

- Providing independent advice on the management of projects

- Aligning all the stakeholders working on the project

- Risk assessment

- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met

- Making sure the quality standards are met

- Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress

- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

- Accounting, costing and billing.

- Closure of UAT for project launches, wherein trade off on non-deliverables/ defects along with business teams

- Bifurcation of business requirements, according to market requirements and Business priorities

Contributory :

- Designing process flows for new product/services launches along with business teams

- Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal staff and external vendor

Ability to prioritize : Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills and handling high pressure time lines

Passion : Must be excited about working in a fast-moving, startup like environment, and have the initiative and creativity to secure success in this environment

Educational Level : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any equivalent branch

Working Experience : experience in IT project management and hands on experience on Postpaid billing systems.
