Job Type: Hybrid Model, Permanent.

1. Mandatory experience as a technical project manager, PROJECT MANAGER, project manager.

2. Should have experience in project planning, budgeting, Articulation and implementation.

3. IT domain, software, petroleum.

- 10-12 years-mr level fixed pay+ var with 19%+Joining Bonus(depends upon approvals + graduity + personal benefits which is ccd nd his family insurance

- 13+ -22 years-ad level fixed pay, maximum major focus on FTS hiring(1 year contract with kpmg directly) no variables here in fts role.

Total Experience-11+ Years (Must have at least4+ yrs.exp as a DigitalProject Manager)

Location-Bangalore (Willing to work with and/or out of KPMG Client Offices)

This role requires:

- Digital Project Managers with End-to-End digital application/platform development and implementation experience to successfully plan, implement and deliver digital transformation projects enterprise-wide

- Past experience of successfully running several Agile/Devops/CI CD Projects/Architecture Integration and related areas.

- Estimated costs and managed a project budget of ~USD 1M

- Lead teams in the past of 10+ FTE resources (developers/testers/analysts, etc)

- Impeccable English proficiency and communication to lead conversations with senior & foreign stakeholders

Highly desirable to have experience in:

Any of the below Skills:

- Digital Platforms, Low code/no code, ERP (e.g., SAP), Digital Sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sharepoint, Workday, Anaplan, Ariba, Mulesoft, e-discovery, AI/ML, AR/VR, Digital Twin).

Any of the below Technologies:

- Cloud, webapp, mobile, software-as-a-service, analytics, ERP, automation, iot, data and digital platforms

Knowledge in Areas like:

- Energy, Oil & Gas, ENR, Renewables, Chemicals, Deepwater

Or Knowledge in Functions like: Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, or Capital Projects

Good to have:

- Active Project management Certifications like PMP/Prince2/CSPO/CSM/P3O/MSP/SA, etc.

- Technical IT/Cloud certifications like Azure, AWS, AI/ML, etc.

- Knowledge of Project Management Tools like ServiceNow ITBM/Azure Devops/Jira, etc.

- International exp or worked with stakeholders abroad (from different time zones)

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end digital Project management and delivery (Solutioning to Hypercare support)

- Develop Project planning, scoping, cost estimation, implementation roadmaps & test/release strategies

- Review Tech stack & architecture review, project financials and project audit compliance

- Manage WBS, resource utilization, knowledge management, lead steerco & stakeholder communications

- Monitor adherence and compliance to project delivery framework, standards, policies, and procedures

- Develop proposals, presentations on projects - product & services demo's, etc.

- Collaborate with vendors and Third Parties, manage vendor contracts & payments

- Cater to requests on RFI/RFP or on the Business Development /Business Management front

- Prepare insightful industry reports, thought leaderships and market research collaterals.
