Desired skills/experiences: - 8+ years of IT project management, with proven experience large- projects in B2B with multiple stake holders - internal & external - Understanding of AI, Deep learning, IoT, Cloud computing, Web App based systems & application architecture. - Process & documentation-oriented approach to deliver quality releases. - Familiarity of system architecture requirements and approaches for deploying solutions in various environments. - End to end experience of 2 to 3 successful- projects from POC to large scale deployment - Technically sound, understand & talk techno functional language. - Experience of delivering at least 2 complex systems/applications with understanding of user persona and expected deliverables. - People & team management - Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, keeping the stake holders informed & usage of right tools, process & methods. - Strong in proactive risks, issues & dependencies management - Strong in project management tools, office tools & scrum-based releases management Your key responsibilities include: - Provide technical leadership and manage AI/ML teams with diverse talents and responsibilities. - Lead and participate in sprint planning, introspections, effort estimations, resource allocations and Test plans. - Developing comprehensive- project- plan, tracking, reporting & management - Oversee multiple teams/sprints for Builds, QA, Release process. - Manages and improves processes for issues fixes, patches, and release management. - Ensuring project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. - Manages and leads team, communicates goals and objectives, provides iterative feedback and monitors performance of team members. - Establish, maintain relationships with third parties/vendors & drive them for deliverables. - Contribution to process, continuous improvement - Contributes to the growth of the organization in hiring, training, and mentoring teams for growth and competency development - Continuous improvement - Design, Code, QA, build & release process.
