Position : Technical Project Manager

Reporting to : Sr. VP

Education Qualification : First division (60%) in Xth and XIIth and B.E. /B.Tech./MCA /M.E./ M.Tech. is mandatory.

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 7+ years experience in Software Development of (.Net) and /or SQL technology is must

- 4+ years experience as Technical Project Management

Job Responsibilities :

- The primary role of the Technical Project Manager would be to give a road map towards technological advancement for the Organization. He would be responsible for implementing all of the technical solution to the company

- Understands a broad spectrum of company requirements in order to provide a detailed technical solution which meets the growing demands.

- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases

- Able to guide the team through the development and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively

- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration

- Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation

- Manage, mentor and develop project team members in line with growth aspirations of both individual and organization

- Project scheduling and resource management

- Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects

- Ensure all deliverable are in line with expected quality.
