We are hiring for upcoming Payment bank, part of largest private bank.

JD for Technical Project Manager :

Role Description :

- The role of Technical Project Manager is to be responsible for the design, implementation.

- The role requires excellent technical skills across a wide range of all the technologies complimented with strong project management skills.

Duties :

- Assisting in the product development process to ensure designs fulfill both customer requirements and operational efficiency goals.

- Working within project teams as a Technical Lead on solution design, deployment and support transition.

- Design, Architect and Manage Roll-out of large & complex web-based applications supporting high volume traffic.

- Appraise enterprise capabilities, systems, and services for consolidation, reuse, and integration.

- Identify, evaluate, and rationalize choice of platform, frameworks, tools, and libraries.

- Delivery of web-based Product /applications and dealing with the challenges of compatibility, scalability, and performance.

- Strong familiarity with development of project plan, work breakdown structure and staffing allocations

- Experience in managing teams sizing 15 - 20 people.

- Experience in defining and maintaining development process across the projects in terms of best development practices, quality processes.

Responsibilities :

- Has been responsible for the design and implementation of web-based, n-tier architecture application.

- Lead projects with multiple technical resources involved.

- Ability to apply understanding of development processes, organization, and techniques in order to drive the creation of optimal solutions.

- Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.

- Strong Time management and self-motivation skills.

- Ability to manage teams.

- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience Required :

- At least 7+years in an IT development Environment

- He should have experience in as solution architect for large IT teams, Architecture side, Implementation Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.

- PMP Certification would be an added advantage.

Qualification : BE, MCA, MSC, MBA
