Role Description

- Responsible for managing deployment of selected products and solutions across various offices globally

- Responsible to get user requirements, get it configured in the selected product and deploy in a phased manner to create a Global Shared Service Delivery platform for all processes

- Driving Vendors and User groups strongly to achieve corporate objectives of process and performance excellence

- Lead the deployment planning and execution for large, complex projects requiring integration of multiple technologies across multiple products

Required:

- Corporate Product Deployment

- Project Management Experience and Use of a structured SDLC and experience with a formal change management process.

- Strong Vendor’s team management

- Requirement management

- User expectation management

- Solution Architect and deployment (of multiple technologies requiring integration)

- Change management

- Preferred candidate will have strong Process orientation and BPO experience
