Technical Program Manager:
9-15 yrs
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical project and program development of large-scale, distributed software applications, systems, platforms, services, or technologies throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from design through release.
- Interact with developers, QA, product managers and senior management on a regular basis
- Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles
- Drive software development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including scheduling and execution
- Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs
- Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program
- You must be able to command the intellectual respect of engineers as well as run extremely effective projects on compressed and timelines while dealing with ambiguity with grace and maturity
Must Have Skills:
Project Planning : Lead planning, Estimation, Cross Functional Team management
Coding & Design : Architecture, High level design
Customer Facing : Stake holder management
Product Management : Ideation, Road mapping, product definition, product launch .
People Management : Team Management
