Technical Program Manager - Internet/Online

We are looking for Technical Program Manager, for driving technology & best practices in Engineering for one of our clients.

The Responsibilities for the same would be :

- Collaborate closely with the software development, product and business teams to deliver high quality, scalable, global online services with the most efficient use of resources and technologies

- Work with key stakeholders to assemble project teams, define roles and responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones

- Define all aspects of projects and programs including collecting requirements, writing high-quality documents, doing sprint planning, and coordinating all efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features

- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, adapt plans, and balance business needs with technical constraints

- Manage day-to-day priorities of the engineering team within an agile/scrum environment balancing short-term and long-term work both for backlog and future releases

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

- 5+ years of program management experience leading complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment across a large organization

- Experience delivering successful system implementations utilizing multiple project management methodologies, tools and techniques through agile methodologies and processes

- Experience with service-oriented architecture and development in a highly scalable online context

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with flexibility balancing feasibility and viability

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with software developers and business executives.
