Technical Product Manager - SaaS/Salesforce - Text Messaging Platform

Technical Product Manager-Saas or salesforce for a leading text messaging platform for businesses

- We are looking for experienced technical product manager to lead our product development efforts from concept to launch.

-In this role, You will be working with Product Management team to convert business requirement in technical stories and run the product development cycles with Technical team. You need to manage the technical releases and manage logistics including Requirement docs, Technical documentation for Users, technical training for internal stakeholders.

-The right candidate for this role has product and project/scrum master experience as you will build the execution support structure and be a key driver of the initiatives for fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Participate in planning and own the execution of our product ecosystem roadmap, delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.

- Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions.

- Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.

- Champion grooming, iteration planning, organizing and motivating teams to achieve a higher level of performance through value-driven practices.

- Build and manage weekly iteration and project release cadences; plan/lead weekly execution for design and development teams to ensure work is executed and new work is ready to be prepped.

- Be savvy enough to understand business objectives to drive value but tactical enough to understand and unblock technical dependencies.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to refine product artifacts, requirements and use cases to ensure they are ready for development.

- Write status updates, iteration delivery and release notes as necessary

- Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.

- Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.

- Participate in opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.

Experience & SKILLS :

- We want people graduated from Tech Stream to products.

- Prior experience as a Technical Product/Software developer/Project Manager - 4-5 years

- Prior experience of SAAS/Web/Salesforce app products - 3-4 years

- Requirement gathering & Writing detailed Product doc including UseCases, Task Flows etc

- Hands-on experience with supporting and teaching Agile practices.

- Good knowledge of Project Management & Using PM Tools

- Experience of working with UX/UI Teams
