Technical Product Manager Position: Technical Product Manager Location: Noida/WFH Technical Expertise: - Should have 10+Years' experience with Asp .NET, C#, MVC, Angular, Entity Framework, JavaScript, SQL etc. - Must have 2+ Years' experience with Azure DevOps - Manage research, evaluation, execution, and introduction of microservice opportunities, API strategy, application-to-application integration improvement, etc. - Manages product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives - Translates customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions - Drives technical solution for large features/technically complex features independently. - Is technically adept on end-to-end system architecture - Creates data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed - Responsible for defining the acceptance criteria of a product feature, collaborate with key business stakeholders to determine priority for backend engineering teams - Work closely with backend engineering team in an agile environment to deliver products to market - Utilize data and metrics to measure success, make recommendations, and drive actions - Partner with stakeholders to determine technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues - Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, vendor strategy, and vision - Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs Qualification & Experience: - Master/ Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant and having 10+ years of total experience out of which at least 4 year in product management. - Candidate having experience in managing implementation project of platform solutions to the U.S. clients would be preferable. - Preferred experience in SaaS based products - Exposure to U.S debt collection industry is a plus Experience: 8+years
