Technical Product Manager - IT

What we look for:

- Experience of delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished. Have a track record of shipping great consumer products at scale

- Minimum 3-4 years in product management and 3-4 years as a back-end developer

- Should be able to work closely with all internal teams like development, engineering, architecture, Q&A, and operations. The technical PM should ensure that the requirements are clearly understood by all the teams and that the implementation roadmap matches the requirements.

- Research about the latest technology trend and put them to practice. The manager should be visionary and should be able to assess emerging products and potential threats to the organization.

- Ability to review API docs and take ownership of integrations.

- A passion for user experience and good understanding of system design is needed

- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating internal and external customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritisation and pre/post-launch execution.

What you'll do:

- Launching a 0-to-1 style product and scaling it up to tackle a new market

- Work with back-end developers as part of a platform team - working on microservices, Kafka - to enable our experience teams.

- Take the lead to implement new tools, plugins, integrations to stay on top of the competition. Be bold to experiment.

- Take time-sensitive decision and be developer's go-to guy for non-linear decision making.

- Lead product development from ideation to alpha/beta testing to launch, delivering an excellent experience for our customers throughout product phases

- Maintaining clear documentation, staying on top of analytics, find insights and take actions

- Build a deep understanding of our different types of customers and their needs that we can serve. Identify opportunities and create hypothesis

- Partner closely with other product teams to support efficient decision making, principled product ideation, and smooth project execution
