Product Manager - Tech Product - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job Description :

- Develop and execute product roadmap & concepts

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

- Guide large parts of the organization through making difficult tradeoffs

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Develop a data-driven method to optimize product funnels & improve ROI

- Responsible for the overall growth of the product and metrics

- Partnering with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver an extraordinary product

- Data geek at heart with a knack for data crunching and data insights

Who can apply :

- 3+ years of Product Management exp, 2+ years of exp with B2C content apps, 2+ years exp of working in start-ups

- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience

- Ability to pull data using basic SQL queries and ask the right questions of data

- Demonstrated track record of product leadership. Ability to lead and influence teams

- Strong execution mentality. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there

- Strong analytical thinker, experience in data-driven testing
