Technical Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence/Data Science Domain - Healthcare

It involves a wide range of activities from observing small habits to recommending necessary medical interventions. The complete process includes an Intelligent Decision Assistance Platform which helps the medical practitioners deliver continuous care, which is practically non-existent today, with the help of NLP, Machine Learning and AI.

We are on course to building great, scalable and obviously world-class technology which creates a long-lasting impact on humanity, in this case, saving lives!

Responsibilities :

- Lead Technical Product Management at Healthcare company.

- A critical bridge between technology teams and other company functions.

- Own developer-facing products.

- Perform market research to gain developer and market insights across the industry.

- Make sure the team prioritizes effectively, sets good milestones, and hits those milestones.

- Breaks down an ambiguous problem into a clear plan of action.

- Write technical specifications for both internal and external audiences.

- Communicate transparently and clearly in written and verbal communication.

- Coordinate with all stakeholders and develop detailed product roadmap, goals and criteria with the aim of network growth.

- Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented as requested.

- Manage engagement with internal and external third parties.

Skills :

- You are a developer who wants to forge into product management.

- Experience in AI/ Data Science domain.

- Proficiency with at-least in one language Python, Golang, Java, C++, etc.

- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties.

- Responsible for value proposition definition and communications, product differentiation, cost/benefit analysis, and executive presentations.

- Creative spark - in finding ways to get things done.

- Demonstrated strength at building relationships, highly motivated, a strong sense of urgency and ability to motivate others.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a flair for getting people excited.

- Team player, with a proven track record of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities and deliverables.

- Flexible. Comfortable with ambiguity.
