Job Profile - Responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and development of one of India's most popular research portal. Translates business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications that deliver our core customer benefits and our company strategic and financial goals. Acts as the product champion, and is able to evangelize the product vision effectively to senior stakeholders and is able to independently drive to agreement on product requirements and directions.

Job Description:

- Manages the evolution of multiple components of a large scale website

- Bridge business and technical worlds; good conceptual thinker to articulate opportunities and solutions.

- Define and track product success metrics

- Engage frequently with customers, partners, business and product development teams to synthesize product features.

- Supports product implementation and deployment

- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

- Ensures business needs are being met

The Successful Candidate

You have / are

- Min 5+ years experience in delivering complex software product releases from ideation, preferably as a Product Manager

- Proficient in internet standards & technologies

- Good understanding of analytic and measurement tools like Google Analytics, heatmap tools like crazyegg, etc

- Understanding of information architecture, vision design and other aspects of user experience design

- An evangelist for the product and have a deep understanding of his/her customers’ needs, the product and the competitive landscape

- The confidence and knowledge to successfully own the product and drive the development team

- product management experience and understanding of the software development cycle that is essential to the successful development of requirements and products
