Technical Market Analyst - Equity Research/Investment Firm

Salary offered - 12 to 25 LPA

Job Description:-

We are looking for an analyst, preferably with 2+ years of work experience at an Equity Research/Investment Firm.

Responsibilities:-

- Analyze equity markets by applying various technical tools and studies viz RSI, Bollinger bands, ADX, Moving Averages, Harmonic Trading etc.

- Conduct technical analysis and suggest winning trade ideas in equities, derivatives

- Identify technical patterns early on and communicate trading ideas.

- Should substantiate technical call with appropriate analysis

- Maintain proper record of all trading ideas proposed and executed and track performance of all these ideas on regular intervals and present reports on the same

- Prepare Tech View Reports on daily and weekly basis which include but are not limited to the Technical View on securities and indices, world market indices, next day technical calls, pivot points for stocks
etc.

- Track Indian and global indices and markets especially derivative and technical movements and advice market positioning sizing accordingly

- Track and report market depth both in equity and derivatives segment across stocks in terms of price and volume movement

- Assist the family office on any required work product as per the need

REQUIREMENTS:

- High degree of proficiency in various Technical Analysis concepts and applications

- Advanced knowledge of at least one charting software

- In depth knowledge of equity markets is essential; knowledge of any other asset classes would be added advantage
