Work experience :

- 10+ years Looking for a passionate Technical Manager with solid experience working on a large scale in the product based company and who has single highhandedly managed and launched complex projects.

- Complete ownership of the technical delivery of multiple projects, Ability to negotiate technical requirements with global customers.

- Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design solutions.

- Lead a project team of engineers involved in the development of a product, can communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams.

- Demonstrated experience with non-functional requirements like performance, availability and security.

- Demonstrate experience in mentoring technical teams

- Ability to own solutions for design and architecture.

- Provide technical leadership to team members and resolve complex issues through hands-on approach as required.

Technical Skill :

- 9+ year's work experience in building, managing and maintaining products or services end to end.

- Minimum 3-year work experience in leading teams.

- Experience in Java/Spring & Javascript/ReactJS/ Node JS

- Experienced in building scalable & stable microservice architecture.

- Advanced knowledge of Java & design patterns.

- Has handled end to end development including deployment and monitoring.

- Has good design & architecture skill

- Has good analytical & problem-solving skills

- Has good management skills in terms of motivating and mentoring the team.

- Has a positive attitude and build repo with the team and stakeholders outside the team.
