PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and demonstrate a good understanding of customer business, application solutions, and its success factors
- Participate in meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally

- Work with a highly motivated and talented global team of mobility development specialists and ensure successful execution of tasks with quality results
- Owns the pre-sales activities, like requirement assessment, estimation, solutions, governance, etc.
- Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring & controlling the Pre-Sales opportunities to successful closure ensure timely communication of issues and status, via meetings and reports to all stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS :
- 9 to 12 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 to 5 years of software pre-sales experience on medium to Large RFP/RFI response
- Hands-on experience on projects involving Web development and/or Mobile App development
- Worked with global customers with team members spread across multiple geographies
- Knowledge and experience of software development methodologies - Agile, Scrum & WaterfallExposure to sprint planning, user story grooming, and estimation techniques
- Exposure to sprint planning, user story grooming, and estimation techniques
- Exposure to Mobile Ap Dev technologies such as iOS, Android, React and Xamarin
- Exposure to various tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, and especially Powerpoint presentations
- Logically sound with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with great communication ability (verbal and written)Strong people management skills, who can direct, manage and motivate the team

DESIRED SKILLS :

- Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in the field of computer science or related disciplines
