Technical Manager - .Net/SQL - IT

- 15+ yrs experience in Development, Maintenance, Troubleshooting/Support of SQL Assets(stored procedures, functions, tables, views, keys, triggers, indexes, constraints etc) on large SQL Server Databases

- Experience in DB Migrations, Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Complex Analytical Reports etc.

- Good knowledge of DB Administration, Backup/Recovery, Archival, Availability, Clustering, Mirroring/replication and tools such as Profiler, PerfMon, DMVs, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS etc

- Good documentation skills on processes and procedures (KBs, runbooks, topology etc.)

- Should have led atleast 15-20 member teams on SQL development

- Good experience in BFSI domain

- Preferred - MCSA/MSCE certification, knowledge of emerging DB technologies like NOSQL

- Good written and spoken communication skills
