Technical Manager - Mobile App/UI/UX Projects

I am hiring for Technical Manager for one of the leading US based MNC for Gurgaon location.

Please find JD below;

Manage a team of technical resources including creation of performance evaluations and individual development plans.

Manages mobile app and UI/UX projects according to the IT development process and industry standards.

Develop a vision and roadmap for our iOS apps based on the feedback of end users, charities and partners.

Manage the timely delivery of a prioritized roadmap of enhancements, new features and optimization initiatives, collaborating with UX designers and the wider development team in the process

Work closely with the business partners to develop the appropriate customer experience and messaging

Maintain the continued success of our existing live mobile apps and address any under-performance rapidly

Work with the analytics team to maintain and evolve performance tracking and reporting; analyzing this data to gain new insights

Work with the wider team to ensure alignment across the entire business

Required strong exp in the team handling

Budget-upto 30 k (including 15%variables)
