Technical Manager - Marketing - Pharma

Profile Options:

1. Market research and CRM experience in following sectors- textiles and finishing chemicals, specialty chemicals

2. Good exposure in a presales role in the above sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing unique methodologies for market research and generating leads.

- Manage CRM

- Participating and actively contributing in Business Review Meetings

- Articulating important customer insights and building technical material to support sales activities. Marketing tool development

- Product launch process

- Brand- registrations, new brand development working with agencies

- Conduct joint customer visits with sales team to explore unmet needs and expand on the current market share.

- Cross functional position- Includes interacting with multiple teams (product development, sales, application research and customers) to develop unique and practical business solutions.

- Actively contributing in planning and executing proof of concept implementation and demonstration.

- Working with vendors to organize events, exhibitions and generate collateral

- Attend industry conferences and seminars to absorb business and technology trends and establish the brand.

- Understanding and articulating competitive landscape for the benefit of internal team

- Clearly documenting business requirements in agreement with prospects while working on collaborative communication material.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

- MBA - Marketing/ Marcomm/ CRM/ Business Analytics/ Textile Management

- 6 - 10 years in sales, marketing, customer support or application support in textile finishing, specialty chemicals or even pharma sector.

- Fluent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. CRM and BI tools
