We are looking for experienced Technical Manager / Product Delivery Manager who would lead a team of highly skilled trainers responsible to develop cutting edge content in emerging technologies and deliver with passion. The job also involves rolling out domain specific training by understanding market needs taking ownership of delivery capability, faculty readiness, Training schedules, customer satisfaction etc.,

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Must be confident, self-motivated & should be willing to work hard to achieve technical training BU goals

- Responsible for Faculty hiring, Faculty Development & Certification

- Pre-class engagement & know your learners to improve the learning experience of trainers

- Project management and support throughout the course journey

- Enable successful completion of the course by the participants

- Motivated and focused individual, relentless to achieve set targets

- Roll out Technology training programs based on market needs

- Liaison with Technology / product organizations to bring authorized training content and delivery
