Job Description:

Role: Senior Technical Manager

Skills Required: Asp.net, .net, C#, Microsoft Technologies

1. Manages delivery of one or more projects with teams spread across the globe. Must be able to manage 100+ member teams

2. Works closely with the product owners, understands the requirements and prepares the delivery plan. Ensures the acceptance from the customers

3. Works closely with the technical architects and technical leads in understanding the challenges towards delivery

4. Provides technical guidance to the team

5. Mentors the team to achieve their full potential

6. Develops tools to provide visibility into the project progress

7. Constantly monitors the project progress, identifies & mitigates the risks

8. Keeps the project management team & product owners updated on the progress & the risks

9.Understands the estimation process, works towards ensuring consistent estimates keeping the risks in mind
