Technical Leader - Software Development

Our client is a 15-year-old organization based but of New York, providing strategy & IT consulting to marquee clients in USA. They are growing at an CAGR of 100% YoY and looking for highly qualified and passionate people from retail, e-commerce & internet industry (with experience of servicing US clients from India) to join the team offshore development team in their India office.

Role

- Get involved with clients business & technical teams, onsite & offshore software development & QA team from the RFP stages of projects to provide leadership on technical architecture, solution design and successful delivery of the solution

- Be the Go-To person as "Technology COE / SME" for all functions like sales, presales, solution architect, software development, QA & other teams as mentor & guide

The Person

- More than 10 years of experience as Tech Lead / Architect

- You have lead 3 to 4 projects end to end as a technical leader

- Very strong understanding of software development concepts, methodology and its application

- Should have worked in the area of Web-based Applications, App Development, CMS, Database Modeling, Solution Architecture, Frontend Development using Latest Technologies

- An ideal Tech Lead will be from Startup, Retail, E-commerce & Internet technology Industry with a focus towards US-based clients

Skill & Personality

- The person should be ideally viewed as a "people leader" by other team members & he should be approachable, humble & happy to help the team and hungry to learn / tech technology
