Technical Leader - Data Science - IT

Responsibilities

- Lead and guide a team of 5-6 ML / NLP engineers to perform PoCs for various innovative modules solving complex problems for a pharmaceutical domain.

- Accountable overall performance and delivery of his / her team.

- Establish best design and coding practices for the ML / NLP team to deliver high-quality software.

- Architect, design, develop, optimize, test and troubleshoot software modules using Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques.

- Deliver high quality, high performance, optimized, robust software programs by following best coding practices.

- Deliver documentation related to the design, development, and testing of developed software program/code

- Review and demonstrate developed solution with subject matter expert (SME), business expert and/or customers, take their inputs and feedback to improve solutions as needed.

- Collaborate with other teams for integration developed ML / NLP modules with other software products as per product development SLDC.

- Manage multiple priorities and projects, to take initiative, and to solve problems creatively and positively.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with the great attitude and handle changes.
