Role/Responsibilities: 1. Take complete technical ownership as a Lead for all new feature developments, change requests, bug fixes around IConnect247- product 2. Lead a team of senior & junior developers/engineers for effective & timely deliveries essentially through one or more releases/sprints at a given point of time 3. Work/coordinate/engage in an effective manner with the product team during requirement gathering process, for prioritization of releases including the work items and provide timely support to them from time-time 4. Plan/engage with other teams like QA practice, Product Architecture Practice and DevOps Team during the release development cycles Job Opening Visit: www.provana.com 5. Should be able completely understand the complex nature of product architecture and should be able relate the issues with the affected areas in the product and accordingly plan a resolution by following standard proven practices like RCA, AS IS - TO BE documentation, swim lane charts, etc. 6. Manage & maintain proper documentation including checklists, manuals, SOPs, Data flow diagram, database diagrams, technical documentation and others 7. Should be able to interpret and translate technical information to other stakeholders 8. Perform research activities to recommend from time-to-time changes/upgrades needed for the overall improvement of the product 9. Provide timely updates to your supervisor through daily/weekly reports 10. Should be open to working in a fast-paced environment Mandatory Skills: 1. Experience working in a Product Environment 2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in mobile application development using React/Angular/Reactive Native framework 3. Strong hands-on experience of 8+ years on .Net 4+, Linq, Entity Framework, Web API, MVC, HTML 5, CSS 3.0/SASS and related technology stack 4. At least 1+ years of experience working with distributed systems primarily using cloud technologies/services like MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud 5. Should be able to design database structure and troubleshoot issues around performance, optimization for databases like SQL Server 2010+ 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Team leadership skills & multi-tasking skills 8. Be process oriented and should have prior experience using any tools like Azure Devops, Jira, Bugzilla, etc. 9. Documentation skills Desired Skills: 1. Knowledge/understanding of Finance Domain viz. Debt collection industry is desirable 2. Previous experience of working with US customers is desirable 3. Any prior experience in process automation
