Position: Technical Lead
Experience: 7+ years
Job Description:
- Should have a strong client facing and handling ability
- Should be in position to work in multi-vendor environment and able to build good relations with Customer / Stakeholders
- Develop/support detailed work plans, schedules, estimates resource plans and status reports
- Ensure and coordinate closely with offshore Technical team on delivery milestones.
- Coordinate and track the reviews, documentation, test activities, defect resolution, cutover support and go live activities with offshore
- Facilitate training, on boarding needs and knowledge transfer where ever required
- Coordinate meetings with the functional / business and / or local / global teams to discuss or understand technical support, issues in completing the task.
- Facilitate fit-gap analysis, problem solving while working closely with onsite - offshore teams for any technical deliverables
- Has good understanding on Microsoft technology landscape
- Should have experience in end to end implementation/rollouts
- Has good understanding change management process
- Execute compliance / Quality requirements in close coordination with offshore teams
- Provide necessary inputs to Project Management for project delivery status, needs, risks and issues.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Over 8 years- experience with 5+ years- in leading a team of more than 8 employees
- Experience working in an Agile SDLC (with DevOps preferably)
- Software development experience in .NET (C#)
- Knowledge in Business applications and System Analysis
- Technical knowledge: C#, MS SQL, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Angular / React
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced environment
- Must be organized and have the ability to work in a timely structured manner and remain focused and calm under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Should have at least 2 years of experience managing a small team - 3 to 5 members
- Should be well versed with Agile SCRUM process
- Nice to have -
1. Candidate should have exposure automation testing
2. Exposure or awareness of Cloud technology - AWS or Azure
3. Certifications in Agile, cloud, PMP
- Skill set: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, WCF, Web API, Angular, Design Patterns, Team Lead, PMP, AGILE SCRUM
