Technical Lead - Internet/Online

Key Responsibilities :

- Has full technical knowledge and thorough understanding of business application of the project.

- Instruct, assign, direct, and check the work of other software developers & UI designers on development team.

- Lead in scheduling and coordinating projects.

- Internal co-ordination with Media & Creative team to manage & meet delivery commitment timelines.

- Involve in design phase of project as well.

- Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

- Responsible for effectively developing and implementing programs to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.

- Ensures adequate product testing prior to implementation.

- Administers problem management process, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution.

- Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities.

- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.

- Familiar with more than one software development methodology.

- Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.

- Has contributed to one or more open source projects.

- Knowledge of web standards.

- Knowledge of Internet protocols and RFC standards, database management systems.

- Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization.

- Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.

- Familiarity with consumer privacy and payments industry compliance requirements.

- Demonstrates technical proficiency in following domains:

Languages : Perl, PHP, C, C++, JAVA, JavaScript, AJAX, Shell, API, .Net.

Databases : SQL, MySQL
