Technical Lead/ Cheif Technical Officer - Education

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/TechnicalLead to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we- d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancement

2. Defining the company's technological vision,

3. Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

4. Lead the strategy for partnerships and external relationships

5. Ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs

6. Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions

7. Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations

8. Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets

8. Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

9. Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each

10. Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics

11. Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

12. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

13. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
