Technical Lead - Backend Engineering - IT

Who are we looking for?

- You have 4+ years of experience in building large scale distributed applications.

- You are proficient in design and development of RESTful web services using Node.js/Python/Go.

- Someone who has built micro-services at scale and knows the pitfalls of moving from a monolithic architecture to a micro-services one.

- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases. Your comfortable at chosing the right database for the right usecase.

- Strong understanding of message brokers and queues.

- Experience deploying on any public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).

It is a huge plus if you have...

- Experience with container technologies like Docker, Infrastructure As Code such as Terraform, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes.

- Experience with monitoring systems like NewRelic, DataDog, Grafana etc.

- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC.

- Experience with Micro-services, CI/CD.
